SAP-CRM External List Management ( ELM ) – Process and Error List – Process Summary

For ELM process click here.

Process and Error List :

Let us see where the processed and error records in the ELM list.

see the following screen shot.

 

Click on the show list records. That will take you to the list of records that is processed.

For Error Records click on the error under the Process Steps. See the following screen shot.

Once it is clicked then you will go to the following screen. see the following screen shot.

Process Summary :

 The following screen will show the total number of records processed , number of duplicates and total number of person and org created. 

The process steps tab has all the information on what happened and the start and stop time and  the status will tell us whether the steps completed successfully or with errors(with red or green icon) .
